Our History​

How it all started

The roots of Big Tings Burgers Ltd stretch back more than 25 years, to the bustling markets and vibrant kitchens of the Caribbean. Our founding team began their culinary journey on the islands, where fresh ingredients, fiery spices, and bold flavours shaped their approach to cooking. From the smoky aroma of jerk chicken sizzling over open coals to the sweet, caramelised flavours of plantain, every element of Caribbean food culture became a source of inspiration.

OPENING Specials

Our 2025 menu is designed to deliver bold Caribbean fusion flavours with something fresh and exciting every time you visit. While our signature burgers remain at the heart of what we do, we also offer rotating seasonal specials inspired by the vibrant ingredients of the Caribbean. From summer jerk barbecue burgers with tangy pineapple salsa to winter-inspired creations featuring spiced plantains and smoky rum glazes, our menu celebrates the changing seasons without losing its island soul.
